The Kiosks allow you to create a simple dashboard with a single camera or different types of consent forms.
Understanding Kiosks
Kiosks are a powerful feature within the Vision system, enabling users to create dedicated displays for specific purposes, such as dashboards or consent forms for players and visitors to interact with.
There are two types of Kiosks available: Demo Showcase and Consent Form.
- Demo Showcase: This type of Kiosk allows users to set up a personalized display / dashboard for a single camera. It can be setup with a custom name, selected camera, and defined working hours, making it an ideal solution for monitoring.
- Consent Form: With this Kiosk, users can design custom forms, such as consent agreements or other types of forms, incorporating a PDF or image. The form can include two agreements and accompanying message, ensuring compliance or information collection as needed.
Both types of Kiosks are easy to activate. Simply input the activation code following the steps outlined below.
Setting up a Kiosk
Follow these steps to up kiosk (see Figure 1):
- Navigate to the Control Panel, located in the bottom left corner of the starting interface.
- Open the Kiosks tab in the main navigation bar of the Control Panel.

Figure 5 – Consent kiosk
The purpose of this type of kiosk is to enhance and streamline the process of player registration, verification, and consent to specific terms. The kiosk is designed to run on an external touch screen, enabling players or visitors to interact with it and submit a form.
The consent form will not be continuously available; it will only become visible when activated by an operator through the "consent" button within the "Edit Identity" flyout. Once this button is clicked, the form will appear for the player to complete. Until then, images that have been uploaded will be shown on the screen (see Figures 6 i 7).

For each identity who completed the form, the consent status along with the time and other information will be saved and shown in Edit Identity. Consent can be deleted or reactivated if necessary (See Figure 8).
