The player registration process is vital for operators to manage players efficiently while respecting their privacy. Vision provides a comprehensive system combining automated face recognition, document scanning, and customizable consent forms to offer a smooth and legally compliant registration process.

Player Registration Flow

The process of the player registration combines different Vision features and consists of the following steps:

  1. Identity Creation:
    - Automated: If face recognition is enabled, Vision automatically creates the player's identity upon entry in Directory Section
    - Manual: If face recognition is not used, operators manually create the player identity in Directory section.
  2. Identity Information: Operators can manually enter data or scan identification documents and save it for each identity in Directory.
  3. Consent Management: Vision supports customizable consent forms for privacy policies, data processing, and marketing preferences allowing players to provide informed consent for the collection and use of their data.
  4. Once data is saved and consent is given, the player is officially registered.

How to enable Consent Feature?

Only Space Owner can enable the Consent feature for Vision space. To do so, Space Owner needs to follow these steps:

  1. Open the Vision app on your device and navigate to the Control Panel (icon available in the bottom left corner of the screen).
  2. In the Control Panel, locate and click on the "Space" section.
  3. After selecting the desired space, a settings window will appear. Find and click on the "Settings" tab within this window.
  4. In the "Settings" section, look for the option to enable the Consent feature. Change its status to enabled by toggling the switch (see Image 1).

Once the Consent feature is enabled, click on the "Save" button to apply your changes. This button is located at the bottom of the settings window.

  4. Craft a custom success message that will appear once the form is completed, providing immediate confirmation and a professional finishing touch.
  5. Assign your kiosk to a specific location, device, and camera, ensuring proper implementation within your physical space.
