Active Visitors is a number found in the reporting part of the Vision interface.
It shows the total number of sightings over a certain period of time on one camera at intervals of 10 minutes. Data on active visitors is done separately for each camera and will soon be displayed as part of site reporting.
Case No. 1: In the last 10 minutes, there were only 3 people on the camera frame. These 3 people passed in front of the camera within 10 minutes a total of 15 times. Here the calculation will be that there were a total of 3 active visitors, not 15. 15 is the number of sightings collected in total in front of the camera frame.
Case No. 2: In the last 20 minutes, there were only 3 people on the camera frame. These 3 people passed in front of the camera a total of 15 times in the first 10 minutes, and a total of 20 times in the last 10 minutes. This means that in the last 20 minutes there were a total of 6 active visitors, 3 unique visitors, and 30 recorded sightings.
