The system is a hybrid cloud-local setup, meaning installation has to be done locally on a dedicated server for AI processing, as well as on the cloud.
Local installation is done with the help of the Installation Procedure and assistance from our support team. Clients get a fresh link to the installation image which they use to install the system on a local machine with a bootable USB. There has to be no previously installed operating system on a machine since the installation comes with Ubuntu Linux. On which the system is being run.
The part with dedicating the cloud instance and opening a central BackOffice service is being handled by our system administrator and all relevant information is sent to the client-side.
