Reports give you a detailed overview of all the data that was accumulated in your recording environment for the selected period.
The specific report can be searched by selecting the desired date in Calendar filters. You can also filter reports by a predefined time frame, location, or camera.

If you need a more specific report, you can open advanced filters where you can further filter your data by 1. Flags 2. gender 3. validation status. 4. age
Once you've selected the filters you want, simply click the Apply button to generate a report.

S aved Views in Reports
If you want to save this filter selection, you will need to create your own personal saved view.
To do so, simply click on the plus icon next to the saved views filter field, then create a new saved view. In the last step, enter a name for your saved view and click on create.

Under the filters, you can see the graphical displays with information about the desired report. This information is:
- Number of new identities.
- Number of active visitors.
- Number of unique visitors.
- Number of detections of the most active visitor.
- Average age of visitors.
- Number of flagged identities.
- Number of validated identities.
- Number of invalid identities.
- Number of female identities.
- Number of male identities.

Export data
You can also export generated report into a CSV file. To do so, simply click the export button in the top right corner. And then confirm the export.
