Vision Reports provide a detailed overview of all the data accumulated in your recording environment. This guide will walk you through how to use this feature effectively, including how to filter and export data.
Navigate to Reports
To access the Reports, simply click on the "Reports" option located in the left sidebar.

Filtering Reports
Vision Reports offer a wide range of filtering options. You can search for a specific report according to a predefined time frame or by selecting the desired date in the calendar filters. In addition, reports can be filtered by labels, locations, or cameras, saved views, and advanced filters.

For more specific reports, you can open the advanced filters where you can further filter your data by flags, gender, identity validation status, or age. Once you've selected the filters you want, simply click 'Apply' to generate a report.

Creating personal Saved Views
If you want to save your filter selection for future use, you can create your own personal saved view. To do this, click on the [+] plus icon next to the saved views filter field, then create a new saved view. Enter a name for your saved view and click on 'Create'. Understanding the graphical displays
Under the filters, you will see graphical displays with information about the desired report. This information includes:
- Number of new identities
- Number of active visitors
- Number of unique visitors
- Number of detections of the most active visitor
- The average age of visitors
- Number of flagged identities
- Number of validated identities
- Number of non-validated identities
- Number of female identities
- Number of male identities

Exporting data
You can also export the generated report into a CSV file. To do so, simply click the 'Export' button in the top right corner and then confirm the export.
