My Account menu allows you to view and edit account details such as personal information and notification subscriptions.

Personal Info 

You are not required to add your personal information, however, if you wish, you can do so. To edit the personal info of your account, follow these steps (see Figure 1):

  1. Go to My Accountbaseline_account_circle_black_24dp.png menu, you can find it in the bottom left corner of the starting interface.
  2. When the menu opens, click on the Personal Info tab located in the navigation bar.

  1. My Account Menu.
  2. Personal information.
  3. Edit personal information.
  4. Spaces - a dropdown where multi-space users can switch between spaces.
  5. Connect Google Account - connects your google account to your Vision account.
  6. Change Password
  7. Sign out.

Subscriptions

Subscribe to the notification by following the steps below (see Figure 2):

  1. Go to My Accountbaseline_account_circle_black_24dp.png menu, you can find it in the bottom left corner of the starting interface.
  2. When the menu opens, click on the Subscriptions tab located in the navigation bar.
  3. Double-click the notification you want to become a recipient of.

Select a delivery channel and specify the Active Hoursbaseline_schedule_black_24dp.png of your notification, then Activatebaseline_toggle_on_black_24dp.png the subscription and click Save (see Figure 3).

  1. Notification Details.
  2. Subscribe/unsubscribe.
  3. Delivery Channels.
  4. Active hours.

Notifications

In-App Notification

To view a specific notification, follow these steps (see Figure 4):

  1. Go to My Accountbaseline_account_circle_black_24dp.png menu, you can find it in the bottom left corner of the starting interface.
  2. When the account menu opens, click on the Notifications tab located in the navigation bar.
  3. Double-click the notification you want to view.

Notification details window will open containing the following details (see Figure 5):

  1. Notification report
  2. Snapshot
  3. Full-Frame snapshot

Email Notification

Notifications log

Notifications log gives you a detailed overview of all notifications that were delivered to you in the past period.

The specific notification(s) can be searched by selecting the desired date in Calendar filtersoutline_date_range_black_24dp.png. You can also filter them by notification type, location, or camera (see Figure 7).

  1. Filters (1. Notification Type filter,  2. Location filter,  3. Camera filter, 4. Calendar filter)
  2. Notification type that was recorded.
  3. The location where the event was captured.
  4. The camera in front of which the event took place.
  5. Timestamp when the event occurred.
  6. Notifications Log
