Follow this guide for steps on adding a new location into your Vision system.
How to add a new location in Vision
Follow these steps to add a new location in Vision (see Figure 1):
- The Control Panel is located in the bottom right corner of the starting interface. This is where you'll manage all your locations and settings.
- In the Control Panel menu, click on the Locations tab. This will bring up a list of all your current locations.
- To add a new location, click the "+" sign located in the bottom right corner.

Once you click the "+", the Add Location window will open. Enter the required information and click Save. When a location is added, a unique location ID is assigned automatically (see Figure 2):

Edit Location
Once you add a location, you'll be able to edit location info and save any new changes (see Figure 3):

When location is added/edited, you're able to create a Device and generate connection code necessary for successful installation of the Local Vision Server. More info in this article.
