Kiosks enable organizations to transform their engagement capabilities. These intuitive displays can integrate and preview cameras, dynamic charts and interactive forms to streamline operations from consent management to time tracking.
Understanding Kiosks
Vision kiosks represent a powerful feature by providing dedicated, purpose-built displays that enhance communication, monitoring and data collection.
Depending on their needs, users can create one of the three types of Kiosks available in Vision: Demo Showcase, Consent Form and Time Attendance Display.
- Demo Showcase: Create personalized monitoring dashboards connected to any camera in your system.
- Consent Form: Design professional, customized forms for visitors, players, or employees that can include embedded PDF or image documentation, support for two separate agreements on a single form, and customizable messages for seamless signature capture and compliance purposes.
- Time attendance: Streamline workforce management with a comprehensive time tracking system that enables employees to clock in, clock out, and end shifts directly from the premises while automatically collecting attendance data for administrative review and providing actionable insights into workforce patterns.
All kiosks can be created and activated by following the steps below.

Figure 6 – Consent kiosk
The purpose of this type of kiosk is to enhance and streamline the process of player registration, verification, and consent to specific terms. The kiosk is designed to run on an external touch screen, enabling players or visitors to interact with it and submit a form.
The consent form will not be continuously available; it will only become visible when activated by an operator through the "consent" button within the "Edit Identity" flyout.
Once this button is clicked, the form will appear for the player to complete. Until then, images that have been uploaded will be shown on the screen (see Figures 7 i 8).
