Assigning flags to identities

After creating a flag, you can associate it with identities on the baseline_folder_open_black_18dp.pngDirectory Page. This association allows you to sort and filter identities using the flags. To link a flag to an identity, select the identity and choose the appropriate flag.

Leveraging flags for notifications

The Flag Detection notification type triggers real-time alerts when a person with a specific flag is detected by the camera. This functionality is beneficial for monitoring specific groups or individuals. For more information on how to set up Flag Detection notifications, refer to our guide on Managing Notifications in Vision.

Managing flags in Vision

The management of flags is a continuous process. As your security needs change, you may need to create new flags, alter existing ones, or remove obsolete flags.

In summary, by managing flags, you can enhance your security monitoring capabilities and improve the efficiency of your operations. Whether you're tracking VIP customers, employees, or any other group, flags provide a simple and effective way to keep track of important identities.
