Leveraging flags for notifications
Flags contribute significantly to Vision VMS's notification system. The Flag Detection notification type triggers real-time alerts when a person with a specific flag is detected by the camera. This functionality is beneficial for monitoring specific groups or individuals. For more information on how to set up Flag Detection notifications, refer to our guide on Managing Notifications in Vision VMS.
Managing flags in Vision VMS
The management of flags in Vision VMS is a continuous process. As your security needs change, you may need to create new flags, alter existing ones, or remove obsolete flags. Vision VMS's interface simplifies this process, ensuring you can adapt to evolving security needs swiftly.
In summary, by managing flags, you can enhance your security monitoring capabilities and improve the efficiency of your operations. Whether you're tracking VIP customers, employees, or any other group, flags provide a simple and effective way to keep track of important identities.
