Creating a new flag
Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to Create a new Flag (see Figure 1):
- Navigate to the Control Panel
, located in the bottom left corner of the starting interface.
- Open the General tab in the main navigation bar of the Control Panel.
- In the General tab, select the Flags tab in the navigation bar.
- Click the "+" sign
located in the bottom right corner to create a new flag.

Next, enter the name for your flag, choose a color, and click the 'Create' button (see Figure 2).

Linking flags with identities
After creating a flag, you can associate it with identities on the Directory Page. This association allows you to sort and filter identities using the flags. To link a flag to an identity, select the identity and choose the appropriate flag.
